Incentives encourage us to rip off customers, admit bankers as three quarters say excessive pay can encourage them to break the law

• 75% said some bankers are  'still paid excessively'
• Two-thirds say they 'inappropriate behaviour' is encouraged

Here just a straight copy for the moment just in case. Unfortunately not much follow up by then, hope to improve that now. Main change of focus: not just 2 or 3 times more VAT on publicity of the companies that are on the stock-exchange, but straight out 100% VAT so the corporations contribute (back) to society just as much as they are eager  to invest in forcing their products, services or brands upon the rest of the world. Additionally this would compensate (very slightly) the enormous amount of money they don't pay, due to semi-legal tax evasion trough  Tax Havens.

Nature First!
Unavoidably. Nature can exist without man, but man can cannot exist without nature. This is obvious, of course, essentially self-explaining and does not need any further discussion, except for its actual implementation, which is another chapter though.

A dramatic example of subliminal or implicit propaganda for Industry, "progress" and thus consumerism can be found in this supposedly scientific documentary on the history of the world.

Quite a sick view... 

While ancient cultures praised and thanked nature for providing them with fruit and fish for survival, this documentary praises the universe for "giving" us iron, gold and uranium to use up in production and consumption for greed, only to dominate and kill all other living creatures, destroy nature, including the atmosphere, and convert it all into a pile of waste and contamination.

According to the dates of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) the distribution of wealth, expressed in Gross Domestic Product (GDP), amongst the world countries would give the first pie-chart. 

 However, IMF forgets to include the major economy in the world: the black money, hidden on Tax Havens. According to several sources the secondary, hidden economy could hold as much as a third of global wealth. Taking in account this illegal capital on those Treasure Islands the graphic becomes slightly different.

An estimated 25 - 30 % of global wealth is hidden from the world on Tax Havens. Research by the Tax Justice Network estimates that as much as $32Trillion ($32.000.000.000.000) may have been drained and hidden from the world ("Wealth doesn't trickle down, it just floods offshore").

The Bank Secrecy, used by Switzerland and other Tax Havens (Offshore Banking), actually turns them into mere Treasure Islands, where today's financial Pirates keep their Loot. The existence of these Treasure Islands allows for and stimulates large-scale (institutional, corporate, criminal) Corruption which is the one cause, disease if you will, that generates multiple severe effects, or symptoms, like war, crime, injustice, violation of human rights and destruction of natural environment and the planet itself amongst other.

In a scary and painfully frank interview a freaked out BBC interviewer is visibly shaken when market trader Alessio Rastani predicts that the "Market is Toast." Apparently there is nothing Euro governments can do.

The role of nations, politics, and more specifically of governments, in so-called democratic countries is supposed to be the legal and elected representation of the people of that country and to seek the highest level of wealth and justice for them all.

However, over the last decades the nations have been rapidly loosing their leading role in global affairs to Financial Pirates, stock exchange and Industrial Corporations.

Instead of nations telling industry what to do, now its "the markets" that tell governments, through heavy lobbying, how to behave. This includes law-making, which as such is completely favorable to what large industry requires, even if goes against common sense, the will of the people or global health (planet & society).

Each day more people become aware that the current world system is basically unjust, corrupt and heading to a point of total collapse. This system is dominated by the economy and the financial manipulations of a small ruling global elite of families, banks, Wall Street (stock markets in general) and Corporations or Large Industry, since a few years also publicly known as "the markets", of which we all, individually and collectively, have become more and more dependent over the last decades, without asking for it. The global elite however, is not very righteous or transparent regarding the 'normal' citizens (the 99%), they act without scrupules and they have absolutely no respect for nature or the environment (except for what the pressure of public opinion inevitably imposes on them).

Large-Scale Corruption (governments, corporations, organized crime) is the origin of all serious and fundamental global problems, either directly or indirectly:

- war and terrorism, organized crime and violence, traficking of weapons, drugs, people and animals;
- violation of human rights, exploitation of human and natural resources, the false "crisis";
- famine, contamination, deforestation, extinction of species, destruction of nature in general, climate change, global warming.

Corruption is basically financed and thus allowed, maintained and stimulated by the existence of BANK SECRECY (BLACK Money)!

To eradicate Corruption, it is essential to Abolish Bank Secrecy and bring down that opaque, secondary money system as a whole, so that the Financial Pirates of today, at least can't dispose of their Treasure Islands where to hide their Loot anymore.

Independency Project is in the first place concerned in finding, inventing and sharing all possible ways that can, directly or indirectly, lead to the total abolition of Bank Secrecy and Offshore "banking" (Tax Havens - Treasure Islands).

Corruption is a large chain that starts at the top (Tax Havens and Banks) and then spreads throughout all global society.

Let it be clear that we consider Lobbyism as nothing else than some legally allowed form of corruption, in much the same way as Offshore "banking" somehow seems to be considered legal by a few.

The existence of Treasure Islands brings to life the concept of BLACK Money.
