The great Food & Beverage corporations (clothing and other househould included for the moment), have taken full control over all mayor food and beverage production and distribution as a this dynamic infographic of MSU shows.

Important behind the food industry are... seeds, an industry in itself!

 

Very good Spanish documentary on how the FOOD corporations are monopolizing the whole FOOD chain from seeds, production, elaboration and distribution up to making YOU, through heavy publicity, buy and consume it (more than you need), with maximum PROFIT as their only goal, without truely caring about your health or global ecologic, social or economic consequences, unless it is demanded by the public opinion.

In Spain those companies are el Corte Inglés, Carrefour (french), Alcampo or Eroski. On US and/or International scale it is Wall Mart, Monsanto, Tyson Foods, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Kraft, Nestlé and many more (will be extended).
